DEL-JEN, INC. (DJI), an independent operating company of Fluor
Corporation (NYSE: FLR), has been awarded a contract to operate the Job
Corps Outreach, Admissions & Career Transition Services (OA&CTS) program
for the state of Ohio. OA&CTS operates under the U.S. Department of
Labor. The five-year contract's value is more than $7 million.
DJI will recruit and assess disadvantaged youth to enroll 1,300 youth in
Job Corps Centers in Ohio. After completing their training at the Job
Corps Centers, graduates will be provided job search, placement and
supportive services by DJI for one year to maximize their success in
their chosen careers.

education and training in the country's premier residential program to
