Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) announced today the sale of the
Information Technology Staffing Division of TRS Staffing Solutions to

business. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

other technical/professional personnel to projects, customers and

subsidiary of Fluor. "This transaction represents an important step in
enabling TRS to refocus its efforts on providing temporary staffing for
EPC-related activities both to Fluor and to third parties."
