Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) announces it will hold a conference call to review results for November and December 2000, which will be reported as a separate "stub" period due to the company's change to a calendar fiscal year in 2001. The public is invited to listen to its conference call broadcast live on the Internet on Wednesday, January 31, 2001 at 9:00 a.m. eastern time, with Ralph Hake, chief financial and Lila Churney, vice president, investor relations.
