Fluor Corp. Monday announced the availability of its first-ever HTML
Annual Report online featuring never before offered capabilities,
located at www.fluor.com/investor/inv_frm.htm.
In addition to a downloadable version of the 1999 report, the hypertext
version allows investors to view and download financial tables and
graphs into their own spreadsheets for offline analysis. Additional
features include clickable thumbnail graphics for ease of navigation and
hyperlinks to key sections of the report. An Internet browser is the
only software necessary to view the report online.
The investor relations section of Fluor's Web site also features
informative, user-friendly services, such as live audio Webcasts and
replays of quarterly earnings conference calls, e-mail alerts that
automatically inform subscribers of recent news, current corporate
presentations, and a variety of financial publications issued by Fluor.
Fluor's event calendar allows users to schedule notices that are sent
directly to their email address on a specific date as a reminder of
upcoming events. Other features include a news release archive, stock
quotes, historical charting capabilities, trading statistics, and
indexed SEC filings.
